•Develop and implement of the club’s annual Sales and Marketing Plan •Develop the strategic plan for each major account •Manage the computerised membership and prospect (visitor, society) system •Response for the marketing collateral of the Club and ensure that all material is correctly published and presented in accordance with the agreed standards •Keep up to date with all aspects of the Club to deal with in an appropriate manner •Liaise with catering, Pro Shop on the implementation of all marketing activity •Response for costs related to the Sales & Marketing department and ensure that costs are kept within the agreed budget •To ensure the correct procedure is followed for all advertising requests. •To complete an up to date competitor analysis report monthly, quarterly, yearly •Provide new strategy to approach all sale to meet target •Be self-sufficient on lead generation for all aspects of the Sales and Marketing plan through effective follow up calls, initiate referrals and any other means •To be fully conversant with the Club’s Health and Safety policy and emergency procedures for fire and accident, reporting any accidents in the prescribed manner.
