Role Purpose: - To support Sales/Marketing in term of stock operations at branch warehouse level to ensure maximum product availability on-time with the highest level of quality and services. - Will be responsible for warehouse administration, stock management and process coordination that related to warehouse function on daily basis at branch warehouse level. ** Key Responsibilities: Describe the key responsibilities and requirements for the role in sufficient detail such that prospective applicants are able to understand the scope and influence of the role. (Much of this detail will be a straight lift from the Role Description. 1. Ensure a smooth stock issue to sales/marketing teams every working day and do physical stock count for stock remaining on Tuk Tuk/Motorbike/Cash Van versus the daily sale note during cash/stock settlement in the evening. 2. Make sure stock and warehouse’s conditions comply with the Group Product Policy and Product shelf-life policy and HIL’s inventory policy. 3. Support Marketing projects such as pack or carton redemption to make sure records are matched with actual collected quantities. 4. Separate between good stock and bed stock in the assigned warehouse such as market return, delist SKU or over-aged stock etc. and work closely with head office team for stock destruction. 5. Working closely with head office team to arrange transportation for stock replenishment to avoid any out of stock and to ensure adequate stock for all SKUs at Branch warehouse level. 6. Prepare daily and monthly stock movement report and/or other inventory reports as required 7. Maintain inventory records, conduct daily stock count to ensure actual quantities and system are matched. 8. Other relevant tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

- University degree in Business Management or related field is preferred. - At least 1 or 2 years working experience in warehouse/ supply chain in FMCG. - Must be highly organized, structured, accurate and thorough in their approach to their work. - Good at MS Excel or database knowledge for data entry and inventory. - Ability to communicate in English and Khmer language, both verbal and written. - Good teamwork, communication and personal skills to work closely with Sales and Marketing. - Ability to priorities workload and complete work with tight deadlines.
