PURPOSE STATEMENT: Sales administrators provide essential support for the sales team. Sales administrators are responsible for the efficient handling of sales orders, and they help to improve the productivity of field sales representatives by dealing with customer queries and fielding calls. This important position contributes to the quality of customer service and the achievement of sales targets. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Update customer information regularly - Coordinate with sales team to issue SO, DO and others related document - Prepare and update quotation both steel and cement for sales team - Working closely with sales team internal and external, finance and to make operation effectively and efficiency - Develop sale process procedure for approval - On time closing monthly sales report (03 ways matching report) with related departments - To develop sales contract/ agreement and sales file for both corporate and distribution - Analyze monthly sales report and - To organize sales meeting and customer meeting if needed - Other tasks as assigned by management

We aim to be leader in the industry. - Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Business and other equivalent degree. - At least 1 - 2 years working experience in sales administration work or related field. - Self-motivated, creative, excited by challenge, and a good team work, good communication, presentation skills and interpersonal - Fluent in both written and spoken English and Khmer, understand other Chinese language will be an added advantage - Be friendly, flexible, honestly, responsibility, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure. - Skillful in computer application including word, and excel. II-Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Support Sales Team process for concrete both retail & projects - To collect all customers information and make quotation/PO and internal purchase order form (IPOF), Sales Order - On time producing & closing sales report - Collaborate with team and/or cross departments
