- Maintaining compliance with labor law concerning employment. - Conducting job posting, collecting and screening CV, Scheduling appointment with candidate, and conducting interview. - To record any leaves of each business and ensure that leave requested is well process. - To issue the employment contract, forms, reports, logs, and records for new staff.and ensure that employee folders are well managed - Documenting contracts, forms, reports, logs, and records for new staff. - To coordinate with facility management team for any supports; - Conducting payroll processing to HR manager and Managing Director
