** Housekeeping Supervisor - The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for daily supervision of the Housekeeping staff, quality service, guest satisfaction and safety. -Supervises cleaning and assists in administration of - Housekeeping services in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state and local regulations. - Promptly reports emergencies, accidents, injuries, missing articles, damage, engineering items and safety hazards to management. - Reports any deviations from policies, procedures, brand standards and regulations to management. - Knowledgeable on hotel facilities and services to assist guests as appropriate. ** Room Attendant - Clean rooms and terrace, balcony or garden attached to the room. - Maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene and clothes. - Greet the customers at hotel public with a warm smile. - Keep cleaning equipment tidy in designated areas. - Once a week perform deep cleaning of the designed area. - Communicate to front desk any/all occurrences involving customers’ request or complaints. - Attend required job training and at all times wear uniform and name-tag.
