- Greet both internal and external customers - Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints - Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems - Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken - Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers - Refer unresolved customer grievances to immediate Supervisor or Principal, or Sales and Marketing department for further investigation - Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of any planned adjustments - Recommend improvements in products, or service and procedures to prevent future problems Provide new staff with a time sheet template and a letter for opening a bank account

- Bachelor’s Degree of Hotel and Hospitality, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields - Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…) - Able to write, read and speak English; Chinese is a plus - Work independence and self-management - Excellent teamwork and team building skills - Strong desire to learn and commit to his/her further development - Ability to work under pressure and be flexible
