-Sales Coordination and entering of daily Orders Submitted by our sales team -Support and manage the supply chain activities and management i.e. management of logistics, materials ordering and purchasing in line with company operational and financial strategies; -Improvement process of the logistics, purchasing and warehouse management; -Liaise with external parties such as haulage companies, forwarders on delivery and documentation requirements; -Monitor and manage all import shipping documentations for Shipments into Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia as well as Brunei and Myanmar -Analysis and Maintenance of Product Demand Forecast for the operating Branches; -Analysis and implementation of forecasting mechanisms to prepare inventory forecasts; -Create weekly/monthly demand plan and analysis file at part number level for evaluation, trend analysis and pricing analysis; -Other related duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

-Candidate preferably possess at least a Diploma in Logistic/warehousing, purchasing or equivalent; -Good analytical/problem solving and interpersonal/communication skills; At least 3-5 years of experience in the related field; -Excellent Microsoft Excel spreadsheet skills; -Ability to Multi-Task and coordinate workloads efficiently -Mandarin is a plus but not a must (to liaise with associates)
