Minimum Requirements 1. Bachelor of Education in English/Master’s degree in educational management or related fields which focus on educational development or business development; 2. At least two year demonstrated management and supervisory experiences or three years of teaching experience; 3. Certificate of pedagogy is preferred 4. Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the NTC Group; 5. Demonstrate ability to work independently, trustworthily, and collaboratively; 6. Good English proficiency. 7. Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, & Power Point); 8. Ability to adapt and willingness to learn; 9. Internal Applicants, especially teacher of English, would be much encouraged to apply.
