Job Summary: Provide secretarial and administrative support for Director of Merchandise and Marketing Function. The incumbent is required, confidentiality, and detailed knowledge of the organization’s operations, procedures, and people. Activities may include preparing documents and presentation materials; screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls; drafting letters and official information releases; flight and accommodation booking; arranging and attending meetings; taking and distributing minutes. - Respond to calls, emails, and routine letters; direct inquiries to the appropriate - Manage and maintain executive’s agenda, dairy; and assist in planning appointments; board meeting and merchandise team meeting - Manage schedules and calendars; arrange, coordinate, and schedule meetings, attend; take and distributing minutes as weekly and monthly - Conduct research and preparing documents and presentation materials - Arrange travel, flight booking and accommodation; - Maintain updated contact information for company employees, suppliers, and customers; keep such information confidential - Oversee on reports which are prepared by Receptionist - Follow-up with the team all the reports as assigned in the meeting - Assist Director, Merchandise and Marketing in all his daily task

Jobs Requirement
