- Purchaser shall receive the Purchase order form of every department one day before of the required date. - Upon receiving the PO form, shall check carefully the items that they requesting regarding the brand, sizes, stock on hand, purpose, date require and must be signed by the designated person. - Check the Prize at least for 2 suppliers. - Pass to finance manager for checking and verifying all the items. Upon verified shall purchase the items. - Every items shall be inform and verify by finance manager. - Monitoring all the items request have been delivered in time. - Monitoring the items pending. - Teach and train the staff under his control.
