1.Responsible for technical support; 2.Conduct product training; 3.Write product solutions and responsible for inquires of technical parts of related products. Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunication or computer science related. 2.At least two years’ experience of technical support in CCTV industry; 3.Good communication skills and sense of customer-focus, fluent in English or Mandarin.
