Jobs Description

Administration Executive role is to assist Human Resources (HR), Senior Executive by performing various HR and administrative tasks, clerical duties and undertake a part of daily Human Resources and Admin operation. Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare Job Description, Requirement and Vacancy Announcement. - Coordinate over staff recruitment, selection and new staff orientation. - Prepare general information and update the Staff Announcement Board. - Maintain over staff letter, memo and notices in / out. - Maintain and File meeting minutes, correspondence and other records. - Issued staff ID’s card and Attendance Management (staff Overtime, staff Rotation, staff Shift and leave records). - Maintain personal records of employees and prepare associated management reports. - Maintain overall staff benefits and allowance (Phone Credit Top-Up, Transportation, Uniform, Shoes, Meals, Accommodation, etc.). - Coordinate with Bank over staff salary (Opening of new saving account and ATM card application). - Coordinate in yearly staff evaluation and taking part in strategic management planning. - Administrative company’s Transportation Management (Driver, Car / Motorcycle / Bicycle maintenance and gasoline usage). - Prepare Purchasing request, Claims request, Leave request, etc. documents - Maintain workplace Health and Safety Management. - Prepare signages in building complex. - Prepare agendas or programs for meetings. - File correspondence and other records. - Maintain good working relationships with your manager and your peer. - Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

Jobs Requirement

- Minimum bachelor’s degree of Business Administration or equivalent form a recognised university. - Proven work experience with at least 2 years’ experience in supervisory role. - Knowledgeable in all Cambodian Labour Law and Cambodia employment process. - Familiar with employee insurances, medical benefits and work safety standards. - Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leadership qualities, integrity and willingness to learn. - Possess excellent interpersonal in conflict resolution and compensation. - Proficient in Chinese is a MUST and able to speak, write and translate in Khmer. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Pack. Any experienced on other HRMS is an advantage - This position reports to the Human Resources. Benefits - Salary $550 ~ $650 - Insurance NSF - Working 8hours/day ~ Monday – Saturday(Haft day) - 3 meals per day - Annual leave 18days per year - Sunday and Public holiday follow the Cambodia Labor Law.
