Jobs Description

- Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource (HR) functions including staff payroll,manpower planning, recruitment / selection, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, training and development, employee welfaires and other HR matters. - Administer, monitor, and continuously develop and update HR policies and procedures. - Ensuring that the Company is in compliance with the Cambodia Labor Law and Cambodian HR standards. - Handled the end-to-end recruitment process within the organization across all levels from the sourcing and selection of candidates up to the on boarding process. - To design Job Description for each department and staff. To construct and update company Organization Chart. - To prepare employee file, annual leave, sick leave and other records. - Familiarize with the industry standards of compensation and benefits, conduct salary surveys and bench marking activities to ensure that the company remains competitive and able to retain staffs. - Managing monthly payroll processing and relevant reports to the various Government departments. - To liaise with local government agencies and other statutory bodies (when required) to ensure full  compliance to all laws and regulations. - Monitor and manage HR cost through cost efficiency initiatives. - Manage staff discipline, grievances, performance and grievances through progressive disciplinary approach. - Provide advisory and consultation on all aspects of Cambodian Labour Law and practices.

Jobs Requirement

- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Human Resources Management or equivalent form a recognized university. - Proven work experience with at least 2 years’ experience in supervisory role. - Knowledgeable in all Cambodian Labor Law and Cambodia employment process. - Familiar with employee insurances, medical benefits and work safety standards. - Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leadership qualities, integrity and willingness to learn. - Possess excellent interpersonal in conflict resolution and compensation. - Proficient in Chinese is a MUST and able to speak, write and translate in Khmer, I preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Pack. Any experienced on other HRMS is an advantage - This position reports to the General Manager. Benefits - Salary $750 ~ $850 - Insurance NSF - Working 8hours/day ~ Monday – Saturday(Haft day) - 3 meals per day - Annual leave 18days per year - Sunday and Public holiday follow the Cambodia Labor Law.
