Working Hour: 8:00 am- 6:00pm (1-hour break) Allow 1 day off per week except Saturday and Sunday - To ensure correct opening and closing of the restaurant while using provided checklists and following SOP’s in place - Plan, develop and monitor internal control system to ensure effective cost and wastage control, and efficient resources utilization - Ensure Company standard can be maintained effectively in terms of food and beverage quality, customer service and food hygiene & safety - Serve as a mentor and coach to develop the team - Responsible for the P&L of the outlets - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills through ability to diagnose and implement solutions

- At least 5+ years in an Operations Managerial role with high volume exposure in a full- service restaurant. - Multiple language abilities are a plus, fluency in English required; - Knowledge of food, spirits and wines, and bar service is must - Able to work under pressure. - Immediate available is preferable.
