• Build and maintain a good partner relationship with the management of Key Accounts. • Quickly identify and fix any issues relating to Key Account • Continually assess merchants needs and business objectives and upselling Pi Pay services with a focus on Loyalty Program, Vouchers and Cash Back • Help develop initiatives working closely with Marcoms to increase merchant’s transaction value and volumes • Work with Key Account to ensure 100% of their brands and locations are Pi Pay merchants. • Work closely with MRO responsible for Key Account locations to ensure any issues are quickly dealt with. • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by merchant. • Carrying out merchant satisfaction surveys and reviews. • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients. • Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews. • Ensure Pipeline and MMS are continually updated • Ensure KPI’s are targets set by management are regularly achieved.

• Identify opportunities that have multiple prospective Pi Pay merchants o Shopping Malls o Investment Companies o Group of Companies o National Brands o Organizations with greater than 5 locations • Manage pipeline of opportunities and report on a regular basis • Achieve a minimum of 15 signed locations per month • Engage and present at multi levels within an account including board level • Develop, maintain and implement account plans and opportunity plans • Managing your own time and attend team meetings & account reviews. • Engage senior management where required within assigned territory
