** Salary depending on your skills About you: The Digital Marketing Senior Supervisor will be mainly responsible for supporting the company’s online presence, branding, communication and customer acquisition efforts. You should have a strong grasp of current online marketing tools and strategies. - Digital marketing o Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, marketing database, social media, advertising campaigns and maintain our social media presence o Development and budgeting of digital delivery channel o Performance monitoring for social media & website and conversion tests o Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly - Communication o Help implement communications strategies o Assist in maintaining web content and executing social media strategies o Oversee and help set guidelines for online and phone communications with clients - Research o Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights o Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points o Monitor the market and review the existing products continuously o Evaluate emerging technologies. - Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field - 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing - Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments - Self-starter and willingness to learn and develop - Fluency with digital tools - Fluency in social media and online marketing - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking - Mature disposition with good interpersonal skills - Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills - Good English proficiency, both written and spoken
