• Schedule, assign and track deliveries for customers • Report on missed deliveries • Conduct driver briefs, monitor and report driver performance • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders • Maintenance of delivery spreadsheets and systems • Ensure delivery paperwork (manifest and delivery notes) is completed and correct • Promote routing and scheduling efficiency • Report hazardous or problems immediately • Monitor and maintain KPIs to manage costs • Comply to Safety regulations and procedures (weight limits, fatigue management)

• Minimum bachelor degree in any discipline • 3-5 years logistics scheduling or allocation experience • Broad competence FMCG product delivery is preferred. • Dealt with numerous vehicles and drivers • Experience in Safety regulations and practices - fatigue management, log books and weight limits • Understanding and strict enforcement of the dispatch processes and procedures • Experienced in the correct delivery paperwork is needed • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
