- Support fit out Coordination, managing contractors, approving drawings, carrying out - Inspections providing support to tenants regarding technical matters (Architectural/ Interior Design) - Assist in the transition of building construction to operation ensuring project Information - Collect documents & store projects on for easy retrieval (in terms of Architectural/Interior Design). - Assist the Management of the day to day operations of site via on site staff and contractors for both Retail & Office shared common Facilities. - Assist in production of regular reporting and provide a weekly report to the Head of Department. - Starting issues within the building that may require rectification and/ or attendance (where required). - Assisting fit out team on all matters concerning Architectural/ Interior Design. - Logging and acting on aspects concerning Architectural/ Interior Design.
