-Report status, scope, schedule, resource ... to Discipline Leader/PM. -Draw the drawings according to sketch from Engineers and Leaders on schedule. -Build-up the CAD/Revit library, cad standard. -Design, detail, specify and assist tendering. -Liaise with the client team on design issues. -Coordinate between other disciplines. -Administer sub-contractor contracts on site from inception to handover. -Assist site personnel on technical and coordination issues for both design and construction. -Ability to communicate clearly on all matters. -Taking the conceptual design through to implementation and handover. -To ensure that all designs are in compliance with local authorities’ code. -Production of tender specifications. -Progressing elements of design in-line with the Design Checklist. -Ensuring Supervisors are provided with the current approved plans and shop drawings. -Ensuring System Supervisor is fully brief on the awarded scope of works, the tender technical documents and all contractual revisions to tender documentation.

-Degree in Electrical and Mechanical. -At least 3-year experiences in Building and Industry Consultant Company. -Have understanding & experience to provide CAD and Revit Drawing in concept design, basic design, technical design, detail design, stage in projects as instruction from Leaders. -Have experiences to make drawing for HVAC, Electrical, Process design if Leaders provided hand sketch. -Capability to use English in working and translate technical English words to Vietnamese in drawing. -Capability to communicate with CSA in coordinate during implement design works. -To create and build up the cad library & exchange the knowledge into colleagues. -Knowledgeable with the using of Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook). -Can be work at site if required. * HOW TO APPLY: Interested parties, please submit resume with a recent photograph and expected salary to hr@spacelogic.asia * We regret that only short listed candidates will be notified.
