Negotiation, Product development and Management of sales plans, with the factory and clothes sales company - Report to customer - General production control at textiles and miscellaneous goods factories - Understand detail specification of production order and convey it to the factory - Keep good relationship with factories - Check the production process in factory and coordinate it to get finished by due date - Advise to the factory about the production method following customer's order - Put eyes on production process and alert if it is getting late

- Has experience of merchandiser in Factory - Negotiation skill with factory and Sales company - Administrative capacity of Managing production volume - English at daily upper good level - Chinese speaking skill (Chinese is better) - Can use Excel
