- Manage and control sale to achieve sale target and summarize reports and suggestions to the supervisor, - Preparing a marketing strategy plan, especially, in Trade Promotion and Consumer Promotion to support sales, - Gathering a marketing data to make a marketing database, - Pursuing farmer with flexibility of market movement and situation, competition economic situation, wholesaling, and consumer behavior and report to the Marketing Manager, - Suggesting the selling price to be appropriate with market situation and company's policies, - Taking care and keep warm relationship with customers (Depo and Farmers).

- Bachelor degree of Marketing or related - Minimum 2-year professional working experience in sales and marketing (Experience with a Chemical or Organic Fertilizer company is most advantage) - Proven working independently experience, - Extensive experience of developing, maintaining, and delivering on marketing strategies to meet Company objectives, - A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics behaviors, and their requirements. - Outgoing, positive, and energetic personality - A proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities. - Good presentation skill & strong internal personal skills, - Work special events when needed, - Male from 23-25 years old.
