Job Description • Managing and planning Stock Operation task, activities, • Manage staff in stock ( leading, coaching, monitoring & evaluation about their product knowledge, customers services, how to handle after close sales) • Manage Stock in store • Prepare roster/day off for staff (Mechanic) • Display product Management (Manage and maintain and display all product and accessories in store) • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report about Store Operation (Sales Operations, Customer situation analysis) • Prepare purchase order • Solve the problem for staff (Mechanic) and customers • Other task assign by upper level •Check and tractors evaluation

Job Requirements • Cambodian Male/Female , age 20-30 years old up • At least finished grade 12 have BA is plus • At least 2 years’ experience in stock controller or related field • Good command of spoken and written English. • Good communication skill • Computer literate (MS. Office & E-mail) • Self-confident, hardworking and enthusiastic • Strong Problem solving skill • High responsibilities and reliable person • Good attitude with team player • Be able to work on Saturday and Sunday
