To achieve high productivity considering good work environment and technical support. 3. To avoid machine breakdown and non-necessary interruption of the production line. 4. To assist management in the development of quality and productivity within its area of responsibility. JOB RESPONSIBILITY : 1. Functional and disciplinary management of employees. 2. To plan and organize a smooth production flow for all products in line in cooperation with other departments. 3. Monitoring, control and continuous optimization of production process. 4. Planning the employees' needs and creation of personnel scheduling. 5. Monitoring and maintenance of facilities and equipment 6. Compliance with deadline-, budget-, quality- and target specification. 7. Regular and frequent reporting to management of results and deviations. SUPERVISOR : 1. Managing Director SUBORDINATES : 2. Education / Knowledge: (required or related education) - Bachelor degree in Engineering, Technology, Administration or relevant fields. Knowledge of: - Production, line and machinery set up. - Personnel Management - Cost Management Experiences: - At least 5 years experiences in production management from bags, garments, footwear or accessories manufacturing industries. Skills & Requirements: - Good at problem solving with production problem and personnel motivation. - Good interpersonal and communication skills to ensure effective communication to all levels. - Familiar with Ms. Offices: word, excel, power points, outlook and database. - Required training of technical skills for new product. - Desire for continue learning.
