1.Greet guest courteously upon arrival. 2. Answer all telephone calls in a courteous and efficient manner 3. Know and understand the importance of correct procedures regarding cash payment, credit card, cheques, foreign currency and billing. 10. Maintain the reception counter area clean and tidy. 11. - High school Graduate / Bachelor Degree in related field - At least 1 year experience in similar position. - Good interpersonal skills, able to interact with people at all levels. - Flexible working hour - Good command of written and verbal English, - Computer literate (MS.
