- Daily check an attendant of staff and workers and staff’s overtime - Prepare Daily Roster and Doctor Schedule - Manage Employees profile and employees filling - Set recruitment Interview schedules of applicants, with the approval of manager - Maintain and update records periodically to all employees profile, contracts, etc… - Manage office equipment, sale’s sample, etc... - Manage human resources data and ensure all staff’s P-files and contracts are kept confidential - Ensure company’s rules & regulations and HR policies are complied. - Perform other tasks as requested by managers - Prepare Monthly Payroll.

- Female - Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field. - At least 1 years proven work experiences as Administrator - Knowledge on computer Literacy Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook - Good in speaking and writing both English - Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills - Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility - Honest, working hard, and quick learner - Flexible working hour
