- Post Invoices into Accounting system - Prepare Statement of Accounts to customer - Prepare Weekly Account Receivable Aging Report - Follow up with customer for over-due outstanding - Credit Review and Collection - Prepare Receipt Voucher - Prepare monthly AR Aging Report and Analysis - Cash/Check deposit to Bank and reconciliation - Bank Statement collection - To efficiently reduce delays in receiving payments - Liaise and resolve major problems in aged debtors’ accounts or default or payment failure - Weekly review outstanding debts and issues to be highlighted - Review credit-worthiness of current and new customers - To be aware of the Company’s Objectives, Targets and Programs so as to contribute towards the company’s intended results - Closing monthly report / Pnl / BS - Assist the company to deal with the local tax part of the tax accounts - Improve the company's financial system

- Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field. - At least 1 years proven work experiences as - Knowledge on computer Literacy Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook - Good in speaking and writing both English - Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills - Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility - Honest, working hard, and quick learner - Flexible working hour
