1. Perform the day to day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure that: a. Verify transactions/invoices comply with financial policies and procedures b. Invoices/requisitions for goods and services are appropriate and verified by relevant department in charge. c. Prepare and process relevant voucher on time. d. Maintain record of all cheques/TT movement (locally and oversea) e. Prepare vendor cheques/TT for mailing to HQ in Singapore 2. Perform accounting functions as assigned including, but not limited to book, reconcile and report fund balance, A/P. 3. Controlling Reimbursement to intercompany and third party 4. Keep and maintain sufficient petty cash for companies in the group. 5. Maintain sufficient bank balance 6. Ensure on time payment to suppliers within credit term and compliance with policies. 7. Perform the day to day processing of accounts transactions to ensure that financial database are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner 8. Report to Senior accountant or Financial Controller. 9. Other tasks assigned by management.

1. Cambodian national (age: from 21 to 35 years old) 2. At least Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance 3. At least 1-2 year experiences as accountant in private sector or property industry (preferred) 4. Computer literate (Ms. Office) & Good knowledge Quickbook or other accounting software 5. English for communication skill (oral and writing) 6. Honest, hardworking, high responsibility, self-organized and pro-active, 7. Dynamic and Fast learner 8. Confident and problem solving 9. Patient and Flexible 10. Willing to work under pressure & fast-move environment.
