- Set individual sales targets with sales consultant and promoter - Delegate responsibility for customer and accounts to sales personnel Co-ordinate sales actions for individual sales-people and promoter - Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly - Monitor the achievement of sales objectives in each district, commune in operational province - Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team and promoter - Plan and direct sales team promoter training - Assist with the development of sales presentations and promoter - Track, collate and interpret sales figures - Forecast annually, quarterly and monthly sales revenue - Generate timely sales reports - Maintain inventory first in first out system with sales from time to time - Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis - Analyze data to identify sales opportunities - Develop promotional ideas and material together with marketing team
