-Daily check an attendant of staff and workers and staff’s overtime - Manage Employees profile and employees filling - Give a warning letter and agreed by department manager -Set Interview schedules of applicants, with the approval of manager -Maintain and update records periodically to all employees profile, contracts, etc… -Manage office equipment, sale’s sample, etc... -Manage human resources data and ensure all staff’s P-files and contracts are kept confidential -Ensure company’s rules & regulations and HR policies are complied. -Manage and monitor delivery team and shipping team -Perform other tasks as requested by managers.

- Male & Female - Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant field. - At least 3 years’ proven work experiences as Administrator - Knowledge on computer Literacy Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook - Good in speaking and writing both English and Khmer - Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills - Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility - Honest, working hard, and quick learner
