• Manage clearing and settlement team. • Manage and improve the clearing and settlement process in order to meet the business. • Manage clearing the incoming file and outgoing file between Pi Pay and UPI, Visa… • Manage settlement to Pi Pay merchant • Manage the statement report for Pi Pay merchant and other partners • Monitor settlement before send to merchant. • Arrange team for card payment report to send to merchant • Reconcile and work with finance for the settlement process • Work closely with risk management team and chargeback team. • Work with registration team in order to get the new merchant on board • Work closely with sale team. • Report for management for daily transaction, weekly and monthly. • Ensure every fee charge is correctly reconciled

• At least 2 years of relevant experience working in a highly regulated, financial services environment with strong knowledge in cards management, rules and regulations • Strong knowledge in Visa, UPI rules & regulations • Knowledge related to Fraud/ Risk report • Knowledge related to merchant acquiring and issuing for Visa and UPI • Knowledge of clearing and settlement process • Good communication skills in solving customer complaints • Good English both speaking and writing
