- Receive project brief from Account Services Team or clients and prepare creative concept - Understand brand guideline, strategic positioning, target audiences,project objectives & budgets, communications trends and produce unique & on-target solutions - Have the ability to design and create visual solutions in a wide range of styles - Generate clear ideas and a variety of conceptual approaches alongside with the Copywriter and Graphic Designers - Produce rough sketches, mood boards, storylines & storyboards, and digital presentations to effectively visualize ideas - Prepare and present completed ideas along with rationales for work developed - Ensure Activation Team understands and follows the approved concept - Readily incorporate the company and client feedback and revisions - Stay on top of trends within the design and senior living fields and maintain best practices, organized file storage and backups - Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions - Accomplish Creative Department work requirements by orienting,training, assigning, scheduling, coaching direct reports - Cooperate with and share organized assets with the rest of the creative, production and digital teams - Submit accurate daily time tracking and project records - Other tasks assigned by direct manager

- Proven work experience in art direction at least 5 years - Excellent working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup and other creative design softwares - Outstanding persuasion, collaboration and communication skills - Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities - Ability to work under pressure, stay highly motivated and well organized - Ability to see other people’s point of view and cope with criticism - Strong knowledge of printing and production methods - Proficient use of Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, Motion Graphic Design and/or other visual design and production tools - Demonstrable branding, campaign development and design skills with a strong portfolio - Ability to come up with interesting and innovative ideas to develop advertising campaigns, set designs or layout options. - Ability to organize, direct, and motivate other artists by articulating their vision to artists and oversee production - Ability to balance competing priorities and multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines - Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or related creative field **Closing date: 30 May 2019
