- To identify the needs of customers and provide them with a sufficient resolution in order to fulfil customers’ expectation. - Conduct frequent communication with customer by phone call, mail, written letter and visiting to customer premises and build strong relationships with them. - To ensure minimum Company Sales Target with high commitment - Update your customer profile (customer-by-customer) from day to day - Send accurate daily report to Manager - After Sales Service reminder by phone call and ensure customers understand the benefit of Service Maintenance and come for service based on schedule. - Support peer colleague - Perform other jobs as assigned by the sales manager
