Recruitment & On – Offboarding  Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers  Reviewing & shortlisting resumes and conducting interview  Scheduling appointments with the management team for final interview  Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities  Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation  Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly  Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization HR Administration  Handling insurance-related issues  Managing workplace safety issues  Administration of all contract labor  Conducting various welfare activities  Keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal  Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance HR Database  Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality  Maintaining and regularly updating the master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee  Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record.  Keeping track of employees’ attendance/absenteeism and report to the respective Department head. - Bachelor’s degree in General Management, general business or related field. - 2-3 years Recruitment or HR Administration, General HR, Payroll - Very good in Excel and PowerPoint - Good in both verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong interpersonal skills and leadership quality - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic and challenging environment - Positive and flexible attitude
