HR Officer: - daily HR operations (attendance, payroll) - assist in communicating with production units and workers - prepare and organize all documents in related to labor laws - assist the General Manager in hiring workers - prepare and organize workers records Admin Officer: - daily administrative tasks - assist the General Manager in performing routine HR functions - document organizing and preparation - assist the team in communicating with various parties (production leaders, security company, etc) - assist the General Manager in managing the office
