To work closely with the HR/Welfare/EHS /Production teams at the supplier and factory levels, by advising, orienting & assisting them in fulfilling their various legal & code compliance requirements for doing business with BESTSELLER group, and drive effective supplier improvement program (capacity building/monitoring) which aims to improve conditions for workers in our supply chain. Job Responsibility - Ensure suppliers’ clear understanding that Bestseller production can only take place at supplier facilities and their sub-contract production units that are formally approved by Bestseller’s CS monitoring programme in Myanmar. - Conduct factory follow-up visits to monitor & remediate all code compliance issues within Bestseller supply- base in Cambodia - Verify all statutory compliances of a supplier factory. - Guide all the supplier facilities in the corrective action planning process, and ensure timely remediation of all critical and major compliance issues. - Deliver focused employee/management trainings & orientation on COC management & control systems, the legal minimum requirements, specific COC provisions, or commonly occurring non-compliances at the factory, community, or environmental levels. - Work with China sourcing team-members and Bestseller vendors to thoroughly map our existing sub- contractor base & informal supply-chains, such as homeworkers & rural handicrafts workers.

- Should be at least a college graduate, preferably in social sciences, accounting or law. - Working knowledge of all the applicable provisions of local labor Laws and EHS laws. - Excellent verbal & written communication skills, especially in English. - Good in interpersonal skills. Proactive, self-driven & takes individual initiative. - Strong coaching & presentation skills. Good analytical skills. - Ability to engage positively with people who have different outlooks and priorities. - Capable of understanding business pressures and exercising diplomacy when dealing with sensitive issues. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic internet applications.
