7FTD Co., Ltd. is the first company in the Kingdom of Cambodia which is expert at manufacturing electrical poles and foundation piles following the European standards. We are now urgently looking for candidates to fill the position of Accountant. The position is based in Vihear Sour commune, Ksach Kandal district, Kandal province. (Successful candidate will be provided lunch and transport between Phnom Penh and Vihear Shour). MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Issue sales invoice in collaboration with sales department. • Monitor the serial number of sales invoices, receipts and vouchers. • Verify payment requests, supplier invoices, supports documents and indicate the nature of expenses to make sure all claims are complied with SOP. • Key in the transactions into QuickBooks system. • Prepare supporting documents and capitalize of capital assets. • Perform stock count with material / store / warehouse representative every three months. • Perform fixed assets counting with admin staff every six months. • Prepare monthly accounts such as disclosure balance, AR, AP, and monthly accrual such as depreciation, accrued expenses, and accrued interest income, etc. • Ensure that monthly raw material reports received from Procurement Dept. are reliable and accurately reflect actual production material consumption costs and activities. • Assist Accounting Manager in cost calculation and variance analysis. • Prepare and declare monthly and yearly tax declaration for Tax department. • Perform cash counting with Cashier every week. • Perform other tasks as assigned by Accounting Manager and Managements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance. • Sound knowledge of Accounting Software Package, QuickBooks is preferred. • At least 2-year experience in accountancy and manufacture industry background is preferred • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications. • Open to change and willing to learn new skills. • Willing to travel to and work in Kandal province. • Being honest, patient, hard-working, flexible and self-motivated.
