- Reporting Directly to the Sales Manager / Director - Looking at and collecting information about property, and arranging for photographs to be taken - Visiting and talking to the sellers about their property and its special features - Estimating the value of the property - Responsible for information dissemination of company properties for sale to prospect clients - Responsible for scheduling appointments, prospecting and screening of clients Brings clients to the office for proper orientation of the type of property needed - Entertains queries of clients - Representing the sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers - Renders other services and tasks assigned by the Property Sales Manager from time to time. - Mend Sales Gallery to serve walk in clients - Knowledgeable about property sales - Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale; - Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers - Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business; - Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries; - Gathering market and customer information; - Advising on forthcoming project developments - Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by the Sales Manager.
