Summary of Position • Implement sales direction of area sales manager to achieve sales and distribution target and to ensure business growth • Drive distribution all channels in the assigned areas Duties and Responsibilities • Do daily route visit in assigned areas and generate order by stock rules and ensure that safety stock for weekly sales of customers • Drive distribution and ensure sales target achievement • Ensure product visibility in outlets at prime location and ensure stock movement of customers is under control (FIFO Method) • Maintain strong and long-term business relationships with customers, ensuring overall servicing of customers are met • Achieve sales targets in regions based on KPI set • Effective implement activity plan based on approved-annual business plan • Sales coverage and market expansion in region

Qualification and Requirement • Good relationship and Customer satisfaction • Bachelor degree in Business management, Admin, Marketing or any other technical skills. • Have 0-2 years’ experience in sales
