Work closely with Import and Export Operation Manager and supporting on all aspects of the operation department task as required Prepare inventory/packing lists Help to liaise with forwarders and shipping lines Help to organize and keep up to dates work files and documentation in the network. Training will be provided.

This new and exciting position is ideal for a person that has a good attention to details and willing and dedicated to learn the process of the operations tasks of a busy moving/relocation company. Ideally he/she should have completed least one or 2 years of university. Be competent/familiar with word and excel Be able to read and write comfortably enough in English . Training will be provided by Senior management on all the aspects and tasks . For the right candidate we could also consider a person that is still studying and willing to work part time at the same time .
