- To provide efficient and skilled embryology and andrology service for all aspects of the infertility service, participating in the support of the work of andrologists and embryologists in accordance with the HFEA code of conduct. - To ensure standards of patient care are consistently maintained in accordance with agreed operational policies. - To promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of all patients and visitors to the Fertility Clinic. - To support the team in delivering a high standard of care that helps improve the health of the individual and wider community. - To support the team in demonstrating compassion through effective relationships based on empathy, respect and dignity.

- Mandatory: Previous laboratory experience to include pipetting, aliquoting culture media, aseptic techniques and microscopy would be preferable. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Office and database systems. Ability to work as part of a team. Excellent time management skills and high degree of organization. A high motivation to learn new skills, dedication and commitment to team work in this filed is essential. - Desirable: Basic knowledge of the infertility issue. Prior experience with semen assessment and semen handling techniques, as well as handling of liquid nitrogen would be appreciated, although full training will be provided. A good understanding of the English language is highly appreciated. - Education Required: University Degree in Health Science or equivalent.
