** Roles Purpose - To support Sales Rep/Sales Force initiatives, promotions and marketing activities to achieve revenue targets. ** Key Accountability - To response to agent queries – refunds, loss baggage, cancellation flights / flights re-timing and etc on a timely manner - To liaise with Revenue Management/Reservations & Finance department and other departments relating to pricing, fare-filing and ticketing procedures. - To maintain and update of all the IATA agents – data (agency personnel / address /telephone / website /email / ticket stock available in the GDS. - To file promotional and market fares with SITA New Generation Airfare Insights System (NGAI). - To prepare regular communications circulars/trade release for travel agents informing them of MH promotions and latest update in procedures.
