- Data collection and updates to the system. - Gather all samples in the office and send them to the customer, check the samples, compare with the documents before sending the guests, packaging specifications, techniques, raw materials. - Track and update delivery status. - Support tracking orders, check and send samples. - Merchandiser support for dealing with plant and customer issues. - Perform other tasks as required by the supervisor
