Job Description: Nurse •Coordinate the health and safety of employees of SSBR •Coordinate health care services for injured employees with NSSF and with private insurance if any •Provide emergency first aid treatment to SSBR staff if needed •Counsel workers about non-occupational injuries, as well as facilitate effective communication between injured employees and management •Ensure safety standards are met, and identify any potential safety hazards in the work environment. •Purchase and manage medicine inventory and monthly Staff Illness Report •Coordinate employee transfer in case of medical evacuation •Conducts training related to health and safety •Provide medical services beyond the limit of nursing care as needed •Do ad hoc task as requested by immediate supervisor following Cambodian labor law.
