- Make Sure Printer, Laptop, Desktop are fine - Provide IT support to staff, mainly related to technical issue - Assist troubleshoot networks, internet connectivity in the customer site or the company - Install, configure, and maintain internet connection, network cabling, and other related - Equipment, and devices, adds or upgrades hardware and software and configures wireless access point, router with wireless and related equipment - Implement network security and provide technical support to staff member, anti-virus updates, managing host security and other related PCs. - Configure e-mail client and provide technical support for our staff member (Anti- Virus, Spam protection and scanning, and other related e-mail) - Customers’ site survey and draw diagram, included laying cable - Installs operating system of computer such as MS. Window, MS. Office, and Font - Repairs and maintains on-going hardware, and software - Fixes PC troubleshoot in standard software - Downloads and updates antivirus application, and cleans virus in PC - Checks data back up and reports to manager - Runs and manages cable network and internal network - Controls PC hardware capacity and accessories - Controller Main Server safety - Helps end-users in using basic computer, main standard software, and other accessories. - Work on POS System
