Job Description • Directs daily receiving operation. • Coordinates and supervises proper storage of products and liaise other sections for storage space. • Ensure all receive items are checked and store properly. • Check and report any items problem. • Maintains a personnel structure and staffing level to accomplish department mission in an effective and efficient manner. • Supervises proper documentation and signatures of delivery good based on internal procedure and key-in to the system. • Execute and supervise operation of receiving/returned products • Check for product quality, amount and condition with supported documents • Report lost or over received good to related department. • Supervises proper documentation based on internal procedure and key-in. • Coordinates, supervises proper storage of products. • Ensure all receive items are checked and stored properly. • Check and report any items problem • Filling all supported documents properly. • Performs related duties as assigned as necessary.
