- Entry and post all expenses into system - Control, maintain petty cash float and handle petty cash payments - Check staff reimbursement and claim before making payment - Prepare voucher to process the payment to local and overseas supplier - Reconcile the AP aging report - Prepare check, transfer and cash reimbursement - Keep and maintain expense document - Monthly bank reconciliation statement - Prepare monthly tax declaration and submit document to tax department - Other tasks assigned by superior and GM
