- Compile training needs identification and develop training plans for each staff - Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and work out implementation of training plan and schedule - Assist the training Manager or trainers from other sections to develop the required documentation in supporting training - Liaise with external training providers - Conduct training for local and expat staff - Administer training records and other forms of record keeping

- Bachelor degree or suitable qualification - 2 years related experience in power generation industry, or other heavy industry - Previous teaching experience will be a strong advantage - Strong English communication skills - Good computer skills with working knowledge of MS products (Word and Excel) - Work location is in Preah Sihanouk province Our Company offers attractive salary and fringe benefits for the right candidates who are looking for career development and long-term employment with the Company.
