- Responsible for the strategic and day to day delivery of Property Management Services to Vattanac Capital Tower; - Create marketing plan and strategy in order to delivery effective target and result for the company - Create and maintain an on-going relationship with all existing and new tenant - Conduct regular meeting with leasing and retail team for collecting their feedback on the result and improvement part; - Provide market update and feedback to top level of management and seeking approval for adjustment to the marketing plan strategy; - Develop internal marketing and networking for Vattanac Capital and its tenants. In form of event, internal communication magazine, advertising opportunities etc. - Act as focal for tenants for all internal tenants and retail store related marketing such as launches, loyalty program etc.

- MBA or Bachelor Degree in field of Marketing, Business Administration, Management and other related fields;   - At least 5 years’ experience in this role whose background from big hotel or big mall or FMCG; - Having experiences organizing big events or other marketing events; - Excellent in communication and negotiation skills; - Good command of English both speaking and writing; - Able to interact with a wide range of clients, personnel and their demands; - Demonstrated management experience with continuous improvement; - Some knowledge of commercial and retail building services.
