- Manage & ensure timely staff recruiting by plan and oversee onboarding process; - Assist HR Manager reviewing HR policies and procedures and ensure that staff are aware of the policies and able to operate them effectively; - Assist HRM as part of monitor and review the system of performance appraisal and continually develop as necessary, ensuring that annual appraisals are carried out in a timely manner and followed up. - Ensure that the staff are informed and updated on key business and organizational issues; - Assist HRM & participate in various internal groups and committees across the organization; - Review and manage new starter and leaver processes, including conducting exit interviews for all staff.

- Bachelor Degree in field of Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or other related fields; - At least 5 years’ experience relating to staff recruiting, employee relation, & HR compliance; - Good command of English both Speaking & Writing; - Good communication, problem solving and interpersonal skill; - Ability to work independently with less supervision; - Demonstrate good communications and presentation skills; - Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and HR best practice.
