- Extensive knowledge of Cambodia labor law - Responsible for ensuring all Human Resource policies and procedures are communicated to and understood by all employee also review and updating the employee handbook, company rules and regulations - Responsible for maintaining HR information, by prompt preparation of all appropriate documents, and by monitoring problems and issues and promptly reporting to Director, with recommendations, as appropriate. - Responsible for all General Affairs, Safety and Occupational Health Administration. - Managing HR team by providing coaching and training as necessary in all aspects of the HR function. - Draft job specifications and create job adverts. - Any other tasks will be assigned by manager.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or any related fields. - At lest 3 years human resources experience - Hand-on working style and able to handle pressure and work independently - Strong human relations and people management skills - Active, Hardworking and Good attitude
